I heard from a fairly reliable source that Crumlin United have let go the manager/coach of their Under 12 Premier team. Anyone know if this is true, be shocked if it is considering how well they are doing ??

Yeah this is hard to believe.Not only have they banned the manager who was protesting about how the club was being run but they have effectively excommunicated one of the best coaches in the country in Jim Crawford.The only ones to suffer here will be the kids football development.Whats disappointing for me is how quickly people stepped in to fill their shoes when i feel this was an opportunity to highlight the shortcomings.I dont want to hear they stepped in for the kids etc because thats a kop out.Things are wrong and they need to be put right.I would love to hear Crumlins response to my post.Not a tirade of abuse or insults, but a calm and measured response to the accusations being made against them.This is a forum isnt it.?Crumlin will win 12 prem this year and fair play to them.But i would prefer my son to play at joeys or kevins the way things are at the moment.
