Damian Richardson's side currently lie top of the table, and have showed a consistency not seen by the famous Dubs for a number of years.
"Yes, I think we can do it," said Grant. "We have a better side than last year, and with our move to our new ground just weeks away, confidence has never been higher in the camp.
"The signings we made in the summer have turned out to be fantastic moves," added Grant. "Pat Scully and Greg Costello have been fantastic.
"Pat has brought so much to our defence and there is a real solid look about it at the moment. It's early days yet but we have to be confident that we can sustain our early form right through the season."
