Bray are in excellent form, having won their last four games, and Doolin knows it will take a strong performance to grab all 3 points. "Bray have done brilliantly, of course it will be tough. They've got some good results recently so we'll have to be at our best to best them. But we know we can. We need to keep picking up points and closing that gap at the top."
Doolin was also happy with his side's two most recent performances, at home to Finn Harps in the league and away to Shelbourne in the League Cup. "I thought we played very well against Finn Harps. We possibly should have scored a few more in the first half, but we defended well. They made it tough to break them down, but we did and we were worth the 3 points. Against Shels, we changed the team around a bit, but still played some good football, and most importantly, got the win."
United are once again without PFAI player of the Year Brian Shelley, who is expected back in training next week, while Dan Connor is also absent. Shaun Maher has returned to full training, and awaits his Drogheda United debut. Some of the squad picked up knocks over the weekend, but Doolin is confident they will be available. "Joe Kendrick, Paul Keegan and Jason Gavin are all carrying slight knocks, but we hope they'll be OK by Friday."
