Tonight could see four English Premiership and two SPL side into the group stages of the Champions League as Liverpool and Rangers booked their places last night and await the inclusion of Arsenal and Celtic.
Liverpool put any jitters about their qualification for the Champions League to rest as they hammered Toulouse 4-0 at Anfield.
Goals from Crouch, Hyypia and two strikes from Dirk Kuyt ended the journey for Toulouse in an emphatic win.
Liverpool led by just a single goal after half-time but struck five minutes into the second half when Hyypia hit a rare goal from the head.
The Reds now join Manchester United and Chelsea into the group stages while Rangers also booked the ticket into the elite 32 by getting an away draw to win their tie 1-0 on aggregate.
The two sides will await the results of tonight's qualifiers involving Arsenal and SPL champions Celtic. Arsenal carry a 1-0 home back to the Emirates Stadium for their game against Sparta Prague.
The Gunners will be confident after beating Man City last Saturday along with the away win in Prague which will leave them the bookies choice for the group stage.
Celtic will have the advantage of an away goal but they know that Spartak Moscow have Champions League pedigree so lying back won't be an option tonight.
Tonight will decide if six British sides can make Europe or will the SPL continue to be represented by a token side yet again.
