Real Madrid have revealed they will be waiting in the wings if Ronaldo decides to leave Manchester United.
The Portuguese star has revealed he wants to remain at Old Trafford after his contract expires in 2010.
However, Real president Ramon Calderon told a Spanish TV station: "We really like him but he belongs to Manchester United and they have to decide to sell him first.
"If that is the case then we'll be first in the queue."
