Liverpool boss, Rafael Benitez, expressed his relief after his side secured a narrow advantage over Maccabi Haifa in their Champions League qualifier on Wednesday.
The 2005 winners needed goals from Mark Gonzalez and Craig Bellamy after going behind to a Gustavo Boccoli goal to earn a 2-1 win at Anfield.
"Here they wanted to play on the counter attack; now they need to score and will have to go forward," said Benitez.
"We have a little bit of an advantage, but we know they are a good team."
