Bolton Wonderers have signed a pre-contract with Macabi Haifa midfielder Idan Tal on a three-year deal.
The 31-year-old, who had a previous spell in the Premiership with Everton, will officially make the switch to the Reebok Stadium on July 1.
"Idan will add extra attacking flair to a midfield that already contains quality. He reminds me of West Ham's Yossi Benayoun. If he makes a similar impact as he and Tal Ben Haim have then we will have some player at our disposal," said Trotters boss Sam Allardyce.
