The England international, who has been plagued by thigh injuries since joining the Spanish giants, will undergo tests after suffering a suspected hamstring strain nine minutes into the clash at the Bernabeau.
"At the end of the match the medical services confirmed Woodgate has a strain," revealed a Real Statement.
"On Wednesday it will be examined, and a decision taken on his ailment."
