Liverpool will play their Champions League third-round qualifier against Israeli side Maccabi Haifa in Kiev.
The second leg clash, scheduled for August 22, has been moved away from Israel due to the Middle East conflict.
Uefa confirmed that the game had to be played at a neutral venue with Dynamo Kiev allowing it to take place at their home ground.
The Merseysiders take a 2-1 lead into the tie after the first leg meeting at Anfield.
