According to South African news reports, the SA Football Players Union (Safpu) said it is unhappy that R70m had been set aside as a commission for administrators who worked on raising sponsorship for the PSL. It is asking for its members to be assured a minimum wage, a medical fund and representation in the PSL's board.
Thulaganyo Gaoshubelwe, deputy general-secretary of the SA Football Players' Union said: "Let the players also benefit from this."
