Free World Cup tickets for South Africans

It was announced on Friday that South African residents would be able to purchase specially-priced cheap tickets for the finals and the price for first round matches, apart from the opening match, was set at €13.
As well as these Category Four tickets being sold, Valcke added: 'The cost of the 120,000 free tickets in that category will be met by FIFA's commercial partners.'
The most expensive tickets for first round matches was set at €110, rising to €600 for the most expensive tickets for the World Cup final in Johannesburg on July 11, 2010.
The match schedule was also confirmed with the finals starting on 11 June and ending on 11 July.
Three kick-off times were announced as 1pm local time (1100 GMT), 4pm and 8pm, with the World Cup kicking off at the Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg.
Opening day matches will also be played in Cape Town, Rustenburg and Port Elizabeth.
